Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Comford pants. If for any reason you don’t, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the tag attached.

• Each order is eligible for one transaction only — either a return or an exchange.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost, provided you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

احنا هدفنا إنك تكون راضي 100% عن البنطلون بتاعك. ولو لأي سبب مش مبسوط، عندك فرصة ترجع أو تبدل المنتج بكل سهولة:

• لازم يتقدم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية: غير ملبوس، غير مغسول، غير تالف، ومعاه البطاقة سليمة.

• كل طلبية يحق لها عملية واحدة فقط: إما استرجاع او استبدال.

• تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال يتحملها العميل، إلا لو المنتج طلع فيه عيب أو كان مختلف عن طلبك.

• استرداد المبلغ يتم فقط من خلال إنستا باي أو فودافون كاش، وذلك خلال ١٤ يومًا بعد إرجاع القطعة والتأكد من حالتها.

• في حالة استلام منتج تالف أو معيوب أو غير صحيح، بنقدملك استبدال مجاني بالكامل، من غير أي مصاريف شحن إضافية، بشرط الإبلاغ خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
